mii friend is gonna spill a secret and i don't want mii pare have an eating disorder.[i'm not one of those skinny girls who has them.]
&& i've told mii close friends about it.
but 1 of them [whos like mii sister] says shes getting worried about it && said if i don't get help then she'll get it 4 me by telling someone.
i tried 2 tell her that i can't get help cause mii parents will find out && they aren't the "okay we'll get help for you" type parents.
their the "i'm gonna hurt you 4 being stupid" type.
&& theres nothing i can say 2 her to even try 2 convince her 2 not tell.
but she keeps saying that unless i get help then shes gonna tell.
so what i wanted 2 ask if any of you had any suggestions of a way 4 me 2 get help without mii parents knowing?

Talk to a counselor at school. That's the best thing I can think of; they'll be able to help you work out your disorder and probably help out with the parental issues you have going on as well. Good luck, and don't be upset with your friend: she's just worried about you and wants you to be safe.

Yes I agree with your friend. Someone needs to help you, you do need help. If you don't want to tell your parents, athough I think you should, a trusted adult or family member, someone you can trust needs to know. B/c they can offer you suggestions and get help, before you get into deep. Please get help, because if you don't you can really damage your body, so much more than youll ever know. My doctor told me I was borderline aneroxic, so I know whats its like to hear it from people that I need to gain weight, and blah blah blah, it is annoying, but so many people had my best interest in mind. From my view, yes you really should get help whether its with your parents or not.
Best of luck!! All the best! :) ]
