Can you please send me a list of smooties that u have pleae as i am trying to loose weight and have been advised to try smooties for snacks etc.

heres a good tip. if you go to a store, buy frozen fruit, they give you the perfect fuits that go together. then simply whizz up with some of your favourite fruit juice or skimmed milk. theres no ice required because the fruit is so cold.

or, add normal fruit and ice. just mix your favourite fruit, and ur favourite juice or some milk, then you're sorted. just about everything works. :)
