hey! ok first of all, unfortunately spot training doesn't work, so you can't exactly just do stomach exercises and expect great results. for example, if you just do crunches, they will build your stomach muscles, but it might not be noticeable if you have a layer of fat over them. what you need to do is eat healthier, and do muscle building exercises along with cardio. go out for a jog every day, and then do crunches later on in the day. sit ups don't work as well, so don't bother with those. do as many as you can... maybe 10 sets of 10, and slowly work your way up as you get more used to exercising.

lastly, you will need to change your diet a bit. drink a LOT of water throughout the day... apparently water makes your stomach flatter, so carry a bottle everywhere you go and drink as much as you can! also, cut down on foods high in sugar and fat. instead of brownies and cake for dessert, have fruit and yogurt! eat a lot of veggies and lean meats... grilled chicken breast for example. tuna is also good in helping you build muscles. it's a lot better than fried chicken or a burger!

you don't have to alter everything drastically, but little changes in the way you eat, the amount of water you drink, and how much you exercise will make a BIG difference. but remember that your bf is with you because he likes you the way you are. don't feel bad about it, because if he doesn't have a problem with your body, why should you? :)

about 100-300 crunches a day will help. also a great one is to lie down flat on your back, and lift you arms and legs each about 2-4 inches off of the floor and hold this for ten seconds. do about 35-65 of these daily.

Go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

Click on the fitness link and look through their workouts. They have pictures and step by step workouts. Print them out and do those. Self magazine always has a body bonus in the back of their magazine. It always has really good workouts.

Go to your local gym and they can write you up a program. They will tell you exactly what excersises to do to suit your body and show you how to achieve it. Be motivated and you can do it.
