hey...i'm best friends with this girl i guess you could say but like now its different. last year we had like a zillion inside jokes n stuff n this year i barely ever talk to her...she always like tells me what i need to do or not do. kinda like she owns me i hate it...this other girl changed her and i dont think i wanna be best friends with her anymore...how would i tell her or ler her know? =/

You dont have to directly tell her that your friendship is over, you already dont talk to her anymore so whats the point? Still say hi when you see her around but since you are not close friends anymore you dont have to say anything. Friendships grow apart -- you'll find new friends if you havent already !
