You were unsure of how your brother would react, so you kept quiet about it. However, I think you should tell your brother, and he may be angry or shocked, but it's what you have to do. You don't want Mark telling your brother before you get a chance to, so I definitely sugguest telling you brother. Just say something like, "I know I should have told you, but I didn't know if you'd be mad, but Mark and I went out two days ago, and I like him, but if you think it's weird that I do, then I understand."

Usually family dosn't want their siblings dating their friends though, so I just so go for it and forget about your brother. [ SilentTears's advice column | Ask SilentTears A Question ]

Honestly, i don't see a problem in going out with anyone you choose. Unless of course, your brother knows he is "bad news" or something major like that. Otherwise, there is nothing wrong with it. [ prescott's advice column | Ask prescott A Question ]
