This is probably the problem if you are at school or work. If this is the case, chances are that you'll have to ask the technical staff to install it for you.

Now, if you are using Internet Explorer, make sure you have ActiveX enabled. To do this, click on Tools > Internet Options > Security > Make sure the security level is not set to "High". "Medium" or "Custom" should be alright. Most important of all, you need to make sure that "Download signed ActiveX controls" is not set to "Disable" if you are using custom settings.
If you are using another browser, click the download link and you should be prompted for the location to save the installer. If not, it should be on your desktop. xomegaroni answered Friday April 28 2006, 7:59 pm: most likely it's your virus scanner. try turning it off to DL it & then turning it back on when you're done. if not, then it could be certain settings on your computer er maybe it's juss your computer itself. i heard macromedia flash player could possibly have some viruses. that could be a reason why it isn't DLing.
