1. Talk to her. Get to know her. Show her that you're interested. Ask her questions, and when she asks you questions, don't answer with just "yes" or "no", explain (but don't talk her ear off) ;)
2. I'm not sure what you mean by "freaky", but I'd wait until you get to know her a bit. Wait until a point when YOU would feel comfortable if she asked you "freaky" questions.

A.) hi, how are you? ask about her day, what she did. what shes doing tomorrow, things like that.
just be nice and don't stop talking. plan out most of what you'll say before you call her.
B.) just be like, i want to ask you something. promise you wont freak out? or something along those lines.
C.) she'll touch you. like push you or slap you, but not hard. like love taps. aha. she'd probably be all smiley when youre around her too.
