Anorexia is a specific medical condition that involves extreme counting of calories, severely restricting food intake, hyper exercise, etc. If these don't apply to you, then you aren't anorexic.

This doesn't mean, however, that you aren't underweight. The best person to tell you the appropriate weight for you is your doctor.

There are also websites where you can plug in your height, weight, age, and ethnicity to find an average weight.

The fact that you're asking this question would suggest that you feel concerned about your weight, though. While internet medical sites can give you a good starting point, there's no substitute for the advice of a health care professional.
