im angry......... im 18 yrs old.male.iam very shot tempered and get infuriated very easily.i very easily get frustrated and irritated which sometimes leads to bad consequences.this has a major effect on my social life.please help

Belive me alot of people have a bad temper. What you can do to get better is before you lose your temper count to 10 and then go out and talk or do whatever you need to do. It might help you not get so angry and stuff. I hope it will help! ]
I have the exact same problem.. when someone says shit to you, you flip out. I know what you mean and everyone hates you for it. I am going to get help very soon.. I can't take it and it seems that ur getting fed up too. I'm planning on going to anger managment. What also works.. since my sister is religous she said that to picture a pastor in the room and when you do u act different and less angry. I pictured that and I was a lot less angry.. maybe it will work for you.
if you dont want to picture a pastor picture someone that you act different and nicer and less angry around because they dont really know you. ]

Maybe you should try taking an anger management course. From what I understand, they help you deal with your emotions when things get you angry, frustrated, or irritated.
I think you need to deal with this soon, or it could lead to more than just social life problems. Not only is it hard on other people, it's extremely hard on you to feel like that all the time.
When you feel yourself boiling over, take a few deep breaths and count to ten before you act...it's amazing how much that can stop a anger attack!!

well some people are just hot tempered about many things but here is my advice to you....take a kick boxing class or focus on something that you love to do && focus all you energy towards that! hope this helps =~)

you need to buy one of those stress balls you can squeeze it until you cant anymore. if you are rly mad make a cup of tea or take a nap try not to think about the reason why you might be mad.
