For girls it is no problem. They just check your pulse, metabolic rate, nothing to worry about.
guys, however, they get there "pride & joy" squeezed, and if you cough your healthy, I believe. I'm a girl, I wouldn't know for sure. It's nothing bad though.

Hey, i was really nervous when i had my first sports physical also,lol, but its nothing at all! you have absolutly no reason to be nervous. If your nervous about them checking "private areas" then dont b because they only do that to guys, or so i'v heard lol. But all they do is really check ur cordinationand stuff like that.
