Okay, so it's almost summer time and I would like to look good in a bikini. I'm 14 years old and about 4"10. But I'm not sure which exercises to do. What exercises should I do for:
Thighs?
Stomach?
Love Handles?
Upper Arms?
&&&&&&&
Calves?
Oh And BTW ... I loveeeeee your advice sight. It helps alost. =].

Teza answered Thursday April 27 2006, 8:02 pm: Thighs: You can do squats. They work your butt muscles and the muscles on the front of your legs. You can also do lunges. Stomach: Ab reach is mainly for love handels. Crunches on a work out ball also help with the stomach area & you can just do a regular crunch. Arms: Push ups, tricep extentions, & hammer curl. Chest: Swimming. Back: Two-Arm-Row. You should do that if you have small weights. One of the best exercises that you can do is walking or jogging. You use a lot of muscle and it's really good. Another great exercise is swimming. It works every part of your body and it helps lose weight. Just eat healthy and do a couple of those exercises a night and you'll get down to your goal weight. If you don't know how to do some of those exercises just let me know which ones and I'll explain them and if you need more info about anything, let me know. & thanks so much.
