13 isn't young to start puberty, not really. Your vulva and vagina will change a lot as the hormone levels in your body rise. Accept the changes of puberty as natural, and don't be afraid of them. Menstruation, pubic hair, vulval shape changes, they are all part of being an adult!
If you really do feel nervous about the changes, try exploring your body. It doesn't hurt a young woman to become familiar with her own body. Just be gentle and don't do anything you find uncomfortable.

Believe me your fine. Your just going through puberty. Your breasts are probaly getting larger and your developing pubic hair. Puberty for me started ocurring when I was 9. Your just a late bloomer. You have nothing to be ashamed of. Whats going on with you every girl goes through. So do guys but I don't want to get into that. Just wanted you to know that you are fine and nothing is wrong with you.
