ok well how do u flirt with a guy..like i kind of know how but im like not pro on it..so does anyone kno any good tips for flirting and to get a guy to notice you?

There are soo many ways to "flirt". I looked online for you, and came up with a couple websites that should keep you entertained:

first of all, get his attention at any given chance. Ask for a pen/pencil or if the whole class is laughing look at him and smile/laugh. Guys love attention.
next, when you are talking to him in a small group or one on one find an excuse to touch him. when laughing lean forward and touch his chest and/or if he is wearing a necklace touch it and compliment it. same goes for a shirt, touch it and compliment it. one compliment at a time though, you want to sound sincere. This works because when you touch a guy or get closer they automatically feel closer to you.
establish relationships as friends and such and give them hugs when you say good bye or hello. again, if you touch a guy they automatically feel an instant bond.
and finally, the obvious. laugh at his jokes, act carefree and nice around him, reconize him, touch him, joke around with him such as "lookin' sexay today ahaha" with a smile on your face so he knows your joking. All of the following are considered flirting, and the most effective flirting tools you'll find.

i answered a similar question so i'm just going to copy and paste my answer
lots of subtle things will work without making you look desperate.
*touch his hair
*say his name a lot like when ya'll are talking
*when you get the chance just sliiightly touch his hand or leg or arm..w/e and see if he moves it or leave it there ((don't bump into it.. like slide your arm till ya'll are barely touching))
*hmm.. stare at his lips or deep into his eyes when he talks
*instead of a side hug go in for a full frontal and put your arms over his neck.. haha
*this one is weird but.. if you give him a high five give it low and kinda grab his hand as he slaps it
*and the last one.. let him catch you staring at him, weather it be from across the hall or in class.. let him catch you only a couple of times and when he notices you looking at him kinda look away and smile.. i guess guys think thats cute
