To burn fat, the muscles need to turn that into energy. How? by being used. Every evening, go for a 30min brisk walk. That warms your body up. Then do a routine fitness sequel. start from your shoulders, and end with your feet. do 15 pushups. do 15 jumping jacks. Sit on a mat and squeeze you butt cheeks. Hold for a few secs, then realx. Do 15 of them. Hold a book in each hand. Extend your arms in front of you. hold a few secs. Then extend them to the side. Hold a few secs. Do 15 of them. With a book in each hand, curl your arm to wards you then straighten it. Curl, straighten. Do 15 of those. Stand up, reach your toes straighten. Bend and reach. Do 15 of those. Stand on a step. hold on to something and get yourself on your tippy toes. then down again. Up and down. Do 15 of those. Go swimming, and biking. Before you know it, you will look as beautiful and slim as ever. I hope I helped. Make sure you drink lots of water. [ gentlegiant's advice column | Ask gentlegiant A Question ]
badmammajamma answered Friday April 14 2006, 7:54 am: Doing crunches will make your abs harder and more muscular, but it will not burn fat in that one particular area, so if you feel like you have a nice flat set of abs hidden under a little belly fat, burn the fat the fastest way possible: run.
