Question Posted Wednesday April 12 2006, 11:07 am

Can you tell me where you found the Louisiana law that says you must be 16 to babysit? I'm having trouble finding anything about that!

I'm not exactly sure were that particular law can be found. My criminal justice teacher mentioned it in class once. Also, once when I was babysitting the little boy was playing with the telephone and he dialed 911. When the police came to make sure everything was okay, the officer asked me for my birthdate because he wanted to make sure I was at least 16. Sorry I couldn't be more help, but I'll try to find that information for you.
