what do i do if i told a guyy that i was older than i really am and now i have to tell him the truth what should i do

Well, it kind of depends on the situation. If he's like 17 or 18 and thinks that you're like 16 and wants to date you, this could be kind of bad. Just before you continue the lie any longer tell him the truth.

Just say "(insert name), I've got something to tell you, and please don't get upset with me. ((you make him think it's worse right here depending the way you say it)). You know how I told you that I'm (insert false age)? Well, I lied. I don't know why (unless you do, then explain) But I'm really (insert real age)

I'd finish, but whoops, didn't notice the time and I'm running late for school.
