Shaving and creams Ok so I shave likea almost every 2days....sometimes everday. I have some questions:
1. How many times must you use a disposable shaver?
2. Is soap good for shaving?
3. When I shave I always use St. Ives Whipped Silk for Extra Dry skin and wen I'm finished it absorbs relly fast and it gets dry again so I was guessin to put more. Should I? And if not what is another best cream to put on ur legs?

1. you should probably use it for 1 1/2 - 2 weeks
2. soap can be used but personally i think shaving cream works better..
3. maybe try another kind of lotion? i dont know any good types so i cant really help you with that ]
It depends on where you're shaving as well as how often. Since you shave every day to every other day, I would suggest a week to a week and a half. Use a razor such as Venus or Intuition so all you have to do is change the head rather than toss out the entire razor.
You should never use soap. I've made the mistake of using it and it offered almost no protection. My skin was flaky and white for a few days even when I used moisturizer.
I've tried St. Ives once before, and the same thing happened to me. What I use now is AMAZING. It's called Neutrogena Norwegian Formula and it's extremely cheap. It's in a white bottle with a blue top and you can get it in some beauty stores or CVS. If you like something with a scent, try a lotion from Victoria Secret Body store. My personal favorite is love potion. ]
1) i change mine about once a week.. really you only need to change it once it is dull... most i would say change it atleast every 2 weeks or so
2) soap is better than nothing but using shaving cream or condition (which is the best to use accually) are better
3) putting more may not make it better.. your better off just moisturizing afterwards ]
1. I think some people recommend using 5 times before disposing. I personally use Venus Divine and love it, and I change the blade about every two weeks.
2. It's not as good as shaving because it doesn't provide as much cushion against the blade and it tends to dry skin out faster. Try a moisturizing shave gel.
3. It seems like you need a richer moisturizer, one that is thicker in texture. I've used St. Ives Whipped Cream moisturizer before and switched because it did the same thing to my legs. I now use Equate Daily Moisturizing Lotion. It's thicker and legs don't go dry as fast. It's inexpensive so I'd give it a try! ]
