Dear un-toned tummy,

I suggest to you that you run. I have alot of knowledge on this area. Running will lose fat and tone alot of areas in your body. I suggest run 1/4 mile, walk 1/4 mile. And do so for 30-60 minutes. And gradually start running 1/2 mile, then walk 1/4 mile. Then run 3/4 mile, walk 1/4 mile. And keep working your way up.

Best of luck

Definitely crunches/sit ups. If you do a lot of those every day, you'll see the results pretty soon (compared to other exercises).

Hey some great excersizes are sit ups. If your mom is willing to pay for pilates or reformer classes (reformer is a difforent way of pilates that helps the abs) then you can take those classes too.
