What are some effective exersizes for your stomach/ab area? I want to loose weight in that area and make it flatter, if you know what I mean? Haha. I'll rate =] Thanks!
I suggest to you that you run. I have alot of knowledge on this area. Running will lose fat and tone alot of areas in your body. I suggest run 1/4 mile, walk 1/4 mile. And do so for 30-60 minutes. And gradually start running 1/2 mile, then walk 1/4 mile. Then run 3/4 mile, walk 1/4 mile. And keep working your way up.

X0HMichelle answered Saturday April 8 2006, 1:25 pm: Hey some great excersizes are sit ups. If your mom is willing to pay for pilates or reformer classes (reformer is a difforent way of pilates that helps the abs) then you can take those classes too.
