hugs or kisses??
I just went to a dance at my school, and my boyfriend, mike, hugged me(twice!) . Im asking when its the apropiate time to kiss him. Also, somebody at the dance said that him and i made-out, and we didnt. (i never kissed a guy in my life! =(

Ok, the appropriate time to move in is about a count of 17 mississippis after you begin a long hug. By then the awkwardness is either a) at it's peak and the kiss will knock him off his feet or b) will be gone and you can enjoy the experience. Either way, you win!

Whats going on here seems like normal teen issues. Teens are always going spread rumors because there own lives suck so they got to make other peoples lives suck. Like the old saying "Missery loves company.I know this because I am one. Anyway you'll be alright. It is just as nerve wracking for him to make the first move ( kiss ) as it is for you. Patience and time will let you know when the right moment is to give him the kiss or visa versa. Hugging is not making out although its part of it. When you two kiss passionatly, cuddle, neck, hug, then yes, your making out. But give it time. Don't rush or worry. Enjoy eachothers company. Everything will fall into place.
