How do you get a v-muscle? a.k.a. sex lines?

Well to me the V muscles are the Latissmus Dorsi or the back muscles that everyone of those gay underwear models never have even though it's the largest muscle group in the upper body. Anyway- Barbell rows are for that. V muscle is kinda vague don't you think?


OOOO I get it now. Ok in the oblique region- thats all side bends and diet to bring the lines out.

uhm work out? lol. there isnt really anyway to get them. everyone is born with them... my friends sister is like 3 and has really defined ones.
