I felt like I could drop and jus freak out

Today I got my period and thank god I didn't go to school. It came down jus like that and I was feeling relly rellly great! Then 2dai I went to gym and when I started working out I felt like something in my stomach was boiling. IT hurts alot alot allllot!!!! Isn't the gym supposed to ease the pain of the periods?''PS...I'm not preggy or ne thing

its just cramps, you can put a hot water bottle on ur stomach and then they`ll feel better.. ps gym is good during ur period
