What are some low-calorie snacks that taste really good? I'm on a diet and I get tempted to cheat! lol

Try mini rice cakes. Not the full size, but the minis. It is about 60 calories for 8 of the little cakes. Since they are small, they are more flavorful. I personally love the apple cinnamon ones, but they come in tons of flavors.

Plain popcorn is also a good snack.

Any fresh fruit is generally a good choice, as are fresh veggies.

they're energy bars are small and fill you up really fast. I eat them during lunch instead of buying the food there.

Next time you get hungry and feel like snacking, chew on a piece of gum instead.

Fruit
Low fat yogurts
Light protein drinks
Beef Jerky
Rice cakes
Low sugar/calorie puddings

Let me clarify something about "cheating" on diets- there is nothing wrong with cheating and it is in fact beneficial- only if done correctly. By cheating I don't mean eating half a pizza or a gallon of ice cream- controlled portions once every 4 weeks or so if you are consistent in dieting. Your body gets used to the ingredients in your diet foods and so the hormones adjust as well- by introducing a food (cheat food in this case) that is different than what the body has been used to consuming- the body begins to react since it isn't used to these ingredients and thermogenesis occurs. use discretion with cheating- like I said about once every 4 weeks in controlled portions- if you used controlled portions then you can basically cheat with whatever food you please- but don't splurge or your blood sugar and hormones will go through the roof and your diet will fail.

I only eat low calorie snacks because they're healthy and I'm all about eating healthy. Some of these I don't eat but they're still low- caloriee.

-Honey Nut Cheerios- 110
-Whipped Cream- 15
-Popsicles- 30
-Pickles. They don't have any calories but some people don't like them.
-Soft Serve Icecream- 35
-100 Calorie Packs- 100
