With "Sunday start" pills you are supposed to start the Sunday AFTER your period has started. Say it starts on Weds... start a new pack on Sunday. Eventually, when your body gets used to the cycle... you'll always start them on a Sunday and end the 3 weeks on a Saturday... then you'll get your period just a few days after you stop... go through the period week and start a new pack on Sunday.

Wait until your period comes, as that's the only way to tell if what you feel is related to your period or something else. If you have not missed a period, it is highly unlikely your body would be feeling any signs of pregnancy, even if you were pregnant.

If there is a chance you might be pregnant, it's important to ask your doctor for a pregnancy test. If it's not possible, then you should relax and take the pill on the first Sunday that happens after your period.

For example, if you got your period this Wednesday, you would start the pill the Sunday afterwards.

Best of luck.

If you just went to the doctor, you were given a pregnancy test. Otherwise you wouldn't have gotten any pills.

If you are pregnant you won't have your period. No period, no starting on pills.

Breast tenderness probably means your going to start your period.

Be sure you are taking the pill for 30 days before you have unprotected sex. :)
