Acquiring License.

Question Posted Monday April 3 2006, 8:42 am

Hi, everytime I open Windows Media and try to play one of my songs, it says a license is acquired. What does this mean/how can I fix it? Becuase I used to be able to play any song, now it gives me this message. Thanks. :]

Download Switch ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)) and convert them to mp3. As an added bonus, you can then play them with a program that doesn't suck.

In case you use p2p, I'd like to warn you *never* to download windows media files that way. The license 'feature' is a significant vector for viruises.

It might be that your subscripition to Windows Media has expired
Uninstall & then reinstall Windows Media. the same thing happened to me and after i did that it worked
