well i have another budgy question. one budgy will eat lots of the food, but the other white budy wont eat anything. even if you put the food around it, it'll be like theres nothing there. is it because i just bought it today? please can you answer, i really need the advice

Most likely he/she is not eating because of stress. Let it get used to its new surroundings and don't handle it or its friend for a few days. Keep it in a quieter/less active part of your house.
He might also be sick, so look for other clear signs (you'll know because he won't look normal or be acting normal).
