is heart burn like under you sternum or in your heart?

Both your heart and heartburn are under your sternum. It is the bone that runs between your ribs.

Heartburn though has nothing to do with your heart. It is stomach acid that backs up into the lower part of your esophagus. It causes a nasty burning sensation. It can be very uncomfortable. :)
