Shyness gahh

Question Posted Thursday March 30 2006, 5:06 pm

Me and Ross ( my boyfriend ) have been going out for a few weeks now. Before we starting going out we were so open and outgoing with each other. I could goof off with him and he would do the same with me; we really had fun times flirting and just being good friends. But when he asked me out we both fell into a trap of shy and ackwardness. We talk; but our conversations are so dry and usually don't get past " whats up?" We both really like each other; but how do I help me and him get comfotble with each other and just bring out our true selves and be outgoing and open with eachother again?

well, think back to when you guys were all flirty with each other, alls you have to do is act the same way, flirt the same way and joke around the same way, you just have to brake the ice.. If you don't someone will end up loosing intrest, think of something and talk to him about it, maybe something that happen at home or with friends....or even ask him quetsions about him...go out somewhere alone hold hands and cuttle, bring a convosation up and just keep itgoing as if you were talking to a friend but not to much girly stuff

You have to get over the need you both now feel to impress each other!

Now that you're dating nothing has changed but your attitudes. You'll still like each other if you say or do something silly. You did before!

Once you get over that...all will be well. :)
