can anybody please give me excellent advice/tips on how i can quit smoking for once and for all. No patches or nic gum. I've smoked for 5 yrs out of sheer stupidity. I am tire of it. Please help. I rate you 5s (link)

I know what you are going though i just quit my self...If you don't want that kind of help, thats good because quiting cold turky is the most healthy way...If you want to quit like that, just find something to motivate you...Mine is my baby girl, and that fact that my mother is about to be 50 and has very severe emphasema really bad and i don't want to end up like that...just to let you know, the cravings never go away...My sister quit 10 years ago hasn't smoked and says she still craves sometimes. so it is going to be hard, you just have to do it and have really good will power....
(you don't have to rate a 5 by the way I don't mind giving advice i don't do it for the points)
but like i said it has to be something important or it will never work trust me..My husband smokes allt he time and its really hard not to for me but i have some important to motivate me you just need to find something

I noticed you said he spanks your ass which is fine if you like it...but let him know you are not trashy, if he is always just trying to look at your body and mainly those pasrts then he might think he can get something else from you...so maybe wear something sexy but to to showy...Also make it clear to him you are intrested but not just for that

if you have one and you make you with someone then it is very easy to give them the same thing so i wouldn't do it...they arn't pretty.
either that or it is something else if that other person doesn't have it

Me and Ross ( my boyfriend ) have been going out for a few weeks now. Before we starting going out we were so open and outgoing with each other. well, think back to when you guys were all flirty with each other, alls you have to do is act the same way, flirt the same way and joke around the same way, you just have to brake the ice.. If you don't someone will end up loosing intrest, think of something and talk to him about it, maybe something that happen at home or with friends....or even ask him quetsions about him...go out somewhere alone hold hands and cuttle, bring a convosation up and just keep itgoing as if you were talking to a friend but not to much girly stuff

He might have felt embarrased but that is not a good thing! no man should be embarresed from his girl...If he is he just might not be worth the trouble..or he could have been mad about something...so to come about this, you could ask him if there was somewrong that day and if not then tell him that u feel like he is embarresed infront of his friends and you don't like that..you have to be strong because if not he is ganna know that he can walk all over you and you don't want that...Just let him know that he needs to be the same around you infront of his friends just like when you guys are alone....if not then you know what to do

hi im julie and im 13. Well you see there is this guy his name is anthony. I think he is just so hott!!!I just really want to go up to him and kiss him!!!But the thing is i want to know if he likes me. He is showing the signs like everytime i pass by him he smiles and immediately talks to his friend while still staring at me. Also a couple of times i seen him staring at my ass!!! Like today at school i wore a shirt that showed off my chest. You can see my bra and the sides of my boobs. Well today in class since my friend sits next ot anthony i leaned over on her desk so he can see my chest and he was looking!!! for now on i am wearing more revealing shirts!!
