There is this new boy he from a spanish country and i really like him but then there is my friend i like were really close and im afraid if i ask him out and he says no that he won't trust me or he'll act all weird please help i really don't know what to do.

Start to flirt with him and see if he does it back. But dont wait to long to tell him because maybe hes to shy to ask you to. Once you feel comfterble to ask him just say " i like you, if you don't feel the same about me its fine, I just hope we can continue being friends and things wont turn ocward between us." You cant act different around him eather just ask the same if he changes then tell him not to feel uncomfterble abround you. Now about the other guy start to talk to him and then if you like him make a move on him!

I think you should kind of hint it to him that you like him but dont ask him out until you know he likes you and maybe hell ask you out before you do ;)
