Vandalism!!
My friends and i were at my house last night. this morning her, lets call her 'Scout', scouts mom called and said, "apparently your a slut & ho" and scout was just like what? what are you talking about?, mom, "on your car in white nail polish it says Slut and Ho alll over the place!!!"
Her mom tried taking it off but it was taking off the car's paint as well. She has a brand new black PT Cruiser.
We're like 99% sure we know who did this. the thing is how do we press charges? and how would things go about? what would you do?
please help. im sorry its confusing but i'll rate good for good answers!

something like this was on a tv show you need to take pics of the car then give them to the police or just bring the police to the car and see if there is any other evidence near, around or even on the car. *good luck*
