Hi, I run track and its going to be pretty cold tomorrow. What are some drills or some streches do I need to do to get ready for my events in the cold.Please Help... ASAP

to keep you warm make sure you ware underarmor or a hoodie to keep you warm while you streatch. arrive there early and take a slow jog this will get you really warmed up, after that streatch really good believe me you dont want a pulled hammie (i just did that and my track is comming up to) well i hope this helps
