Please don't worry! You're still quite young so your periods will be irregular like this for some time. Next time you get it, it might only last for a couple of days. It's just the way your body works while it adjusts to your hormones.

If it hasn't gone away by the end of the weekend, go and see your doctor, just to confirm that nothing is wrong because you should always check with female problems like this. The chances something is wrong arevery slim but if you are finding it difficult, you might want to look into going on The Pill. It's primary use is as a contraceptive but it also helps control your menstrual cycle so it may be useful if you continue to have lengthy or heavy periods.

You shouldn't be worried. My period always lasts for different amounts of time. My doctor said it's fine. It's perfectly normal especially if it's the first time you've had it. xoo.

first of all, if you have recently gotten your period for the first time, it may just be irregular. but, if you've had it for a while, you shouldn't be too worried but the next time you see a doctor, bring it up with her and ask her what could be causing it & what you can do to stop it.

It really just depends how much blood yur losing cause I had the same problem cept mine would last a few weeks and I would lose way too much blood. But, if you at all start to feel tired or weak tell yur mom to take you to the doctor cuz I had to do the same because I became enemic. I would tell your mom about the situation right now as well. Good Luck P.S. I would suggest eating foods high in iron such as meats and stuff.

Depends on ur age. My mommy had her for like 14 days or 16 Im not sure. Anyway hers started relly heavy and got her weak. I think you should go to a doctor cause she went on the 4th day and got some pill that either slowed it down or (i think this is what it does) stopped it

You don't give your age. If you happen to use the depo provera birth control shot...its known to have that side affect.

If not, then tell your mom about it. It may not be a serious thing but it should probably just be checked out.

Any type of change from the norm needs checked. :)
