What has gone wrong?
I badly need your advice on something that's been bothering me with a young male officemate and close friend. I'm not that adept to male ego complexities yet. We were good friends turned bad so to speak. Its always been good joking around with him but one incident changed it all...We were drinking at the party and he was touchy-feely all of a sudden. i realized he was just tipsy but he was already suggesting something intimate eversince even after that... when we were sober in a joking way. Now its awkward for both of us, its like we keep on running around avoiding each other. I don't want to lose his friendship but I don't understand where all this came from? Am I reading something that's not there? He's acting so strange lately like I don't mean anything to him anymore? Please help me. Jamimah Eudele Reyes

It sounds like he's probably just embarassed about what happened, which is understandable. He might have feelings for you which would make it more uncomfortable for him as he may have felt like you rejected him. I can't tell you whether he does or not for sure. The only way you're going to be able to get to the bottom of it is to speak to him. I know that may seem a bit daunting but it's the best way to sort out what's going on.
