BAD SKIN

lately my skin has gotten darker and really dull. I have lil red blemishes on my cheeks , how do i get my skin to be better or atleast how it was a year ago? Suggest foods please....specific foods and

you should defiantly drink 7-8 glasses of water a day
*Garlic, onions,scallions,chives
*whole grain cereal
*especially spinach, broccoli and all other types of greens
*hot peppers it has vitamin c and a good source of protein the vitamin c is good for you face they also help you with your immune system(even though that might burn when leaving your body)
*and calcium foods also like milk, yougurt and cheese
