iPod

Question Posted Tuesday March 21 2006, 7:04 pm

DN, I'm not going to lie to you. I did ask this to the pool but you are so good at computers that I wanted to ask you directly.

My iPod and iTunes aren't working together. I left my iPod in my USB port when I shut my compter off and now when I go into iTunes it won't come up so I can transfer songs. Both are working fine on their own. What should I do?

How about I answer the one in the pool?

Send me a link.

In the future, just e-mail me the link to the pool question, and ask me to take a look when I have time.

(Side note: Take the iPod off the dock, or cable. Completely shut down your computer and your iPod, start the computer all the way up. then once everything is loaded, connect your iPod.)

If that works, let me know and I will add a few more words to it and post it in response to your pool question.

DN.
