I have a confrontation problem. Meaning that I don't know how/can't confront people. Sometimes this is okay, but I can't even tell people when I'm mad at them and it only ends up hurting my relationships with people. Is there any way that I can overcome this problem? I'll rate high for good answers. Thanks very much.

There are a lot of good books out there that teach assertiveness. In addition you may want to read the book "How to win friends and influance people."

When you are mad at someone talk to them about it, if it doesnt work then you walk in like you own the place and yell. To hell what other people think its what you think that counts.
