heyy sweetie
well try not to overthink things because that can really mess you up- thinking back on my first slow dance i didnt think much of it, i put my hands on his shoulders, kept my focus on us, and followed his lead.
i hope that helps a little
good luck!!! xoxo

Im not good at slow dancing myself but here are some tips.
Dont stare forever in his eyes, really its okay to look some were else, every few seconds.

Put your hands on his sholders or around his neck. Just sway back and forth in rhythum with the music. He may even want to lead.

Don't look around a whole lot, he may think you aren't interested. Look in his eyes but not like so long it's awkward.

Try and talk and say I'm having a good time and this is so fun. Relax, and keep your sholders down. Breathe deep and have fun!

Put your hands on his shoulders or around his neck. Spread your legs shoulder width apart and just go left right, foward and back like, striding. You'll get the hang of it. You could always sit a slow dance out, and watch how other people do it. Good Luck, hope you have fun!

You put your arms around his neck. He'll put his arms around your waist. You slowly move side to side. I'd say look in his eyes if you like him. Yeah, it's OK to be nervous that's normal. It's not OK to no dance with him just because you're nervous.

hmm..ok well you will have yur arms around his neck and he will have his arms on yur waste and u kind of sway backand forth. It depends with the guy if you look in his eyes if he's nervous or uncomfortable he'll prolly try to avoid eye contact but if he's looking in yur eyes I'd look in his too lol well hope that helped.
