I think your best bet is simply following a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and veggies, drinking lots of water to help flush your body, and doing toning exercises to help smooth the area. Eliminating caffeine, alcohol, nicotine and other drugs might help as well. I have heard varying reports on the effectiveness of massage. The theory of massage is that it helps to break loose the cellulite so your body can eliminate it. [ ncblondie's advice column | Ask ncblondie A Question ]
