Midol doesn't work for me either. Try Advil or Motrin; both are anti-inflammatories and should target the uterus (which is a muscle) directly. Also try light aerobic activity like walking to help to get your blood flowing, and cutting out caffeine during your period. ]
When I get bad cramps, I use a heating pad, and midol or tylenol get into comfy clothes and sleep it off.
If you keep getting severe cramps I'd go to a doctor. ]
try tylenol(sp?) or extra strength tylenol

Continue to work out..
Heating pads,Hot baths [Which i don`t really suggest unless you haven`t started yet],Take something stronger like tylenol && if you feel okay with it take like three..

I would do what everyone else said, tylenol, heating pads, excercise, ect. but if all of those things don't work and the pain is really too much you should tell your Doctor because it could mean there is something else going on. It can't hurt to tell a Dr. anyway.

Personally, Midol never worked well for me. I always used Extra-Strength Tylenol. You might try it. Another thing that might help is a heating pad. If you don't have one, you can get the Playtex Heat Therapy pads at most stores. They're the peel and stick pads that warm when exposed to the air and usually stay warm for quite a while. Just stick one on your lower belly. As a last option, try a warm bath. Sometimes soaking in the tub will relax you enough the cramps will ease. ]
i dont know, but i do know your period is coming. ]
Exercise is supposed to help because it increases blood flow throughout the body, specifically to your uterus.
Tamponize yourself and consider masturbating. No, seriously. Guaranteed to increase blood flow to the area. ]
