So I don't usually get bad cramps, but yesterday and today I feel like someone it stabbing me in the uterus. Mydol doesn't work. Anything I can do? I already know the whole exersizing helps, I did last night and it didnt help. THANK YOU!

Akasha answered Saturday March 11 2006, 1:13 pm: I would do what everyone else said, tylenol, heating pads, excercise, ect. but if all of those things don't work and the pain is really too much you should tell your Doctor because it could mean there is something else going on. It can't hurt to tell a Dr. anyway.
ncblondie answered Saturday March 11 2006, 11:52 am: Personally, Midol never worked well for me. I always used Extra-Strength Tylenol. You might try it. Another thing that might help is a heating pad. If you don't have one, you can get the Playtex Heat Therapy pads at most stores. They're the peel and stick pads that warm when exposed to the air and usually stay warm for quite a while. Just stick one on your lower belly. As a last option, try a warm bath.
