Thanks A lot Jasmine for posting back, I really appericate it.
No i dont Have any friends thta are friends with her. See i went to a different school last year and i just met her this year so i know none of her friends. I jus wanna know how close she is to this guy, your right they could be jus friends but i dunno. How do you think i could find out this without asking her directly .. like id like a way i could kind of ease towards that question you know?

Well this won't be easy,but you have to get a good realationship with her first,try to see if it is possible that you can sit near her and that guy to see if they are flirting,but don't think everything they say is flirting,when u get a closer realationship to her,without even asking she will hint if she has a boyfriend or not,trust me i'm a girl too I know,if a girl knows that another guy likes her and she likes someone else,she won't lead you on,she'll come out and tell you,but if shes not dating she'll also hint towards that,hope I could help a bit,Good Luck!!
