Yes, that is why they could be sore. You don't stop growing until you're at least 18. So, you could be going through some changes right now with your breast.
Also, it could be a sign that your period is around the corner, or you're pregnant. ♥

OK, so i was a C for like a year but that happened to me and now i'm a DDD so anything can happen. If you usually get all your genetics from your mom ask her what size she is or find out somehow, my mom was a DDD and now i am!

your breasts could be growing again, and i'm in the same boat as you! 15/f/c cup. if your nipples are sore, you may be pre-menstrual, growing, or your bra could be the problem. if your bra is too loose or too tight, then they can irritate to your nipples. there isn't really anything to help it except take a pain-reliever, or if it's the bra, get fitted at the store for a bra.
