Is this the same person who asked me the previous question? Well anyways, no it's not okay. Most guys have horrible temper and just fight when it comes to any situation but your ex is moving on and you can't prevent that. He might be a perve but she likes him. He wants to piss you off and get you jelous but if you actually show him that you are, he won this whole thing. It's not a competion or anything but just ignore him and let him be the immature loser that he is.
