PSP palette

in paint shop pro X, i am atempting to make a background for icons. the only problem is the little box with all of the colors (the palette) isnt showing up. so i cant change the color of anything! which is terribleeee! i really need help because i cant get it up! can someone tell me how to get the palette back? Ill rate!! xo < 3

uhm, I don't have PSP, but I think you click "view" then "colors"...

I have an older version of PSP, but in mine, you can simply go to the View menu and click on "Color Palette".
