would running help my inner,outer,upper,lower,front&back parts of my thigs?

and does anyone know other thigh workouts that dont include any equiptment or anything just like a step or something that everyone has.

ill rate high.. please helpp.!

get a cosmopolitition magaizine... ((might not be spelt right)) or a seventeenmagazine, or cosmo girl! they defently have exercises in there and they dont use equetment. i promise they will help even though im to lazy to do them you can do them outside at school or at home! grab one of those magazines at the gas station the store or drug stores.... hope i helped!!
