I'd recommend three pregnancy tests to get a pretty good idea if you're pregnant. If you are, I'd try to get to a doctor or planned parenthood to get a for-sure answer.
From there, if you are pregnant you can decide if you want to keep it, abort, or put it up for an adoption.
I'd recommend talking to your parents somewhere in between there, but I understand that talking to them probably isn't your favorite idea right now.
