exercise? i went to the doctors today and got wieghed at 184. my height is 5'7. im not fat i pretty skinny if you looked at me you would think i weighed around 140. i really want to lose weight because i dont want to weight this much. I have next week off and thinking about running 2 miles everyday unless its raining. maybe around 730am run. And do like 50 or so crunches. Would that help at anything. If not please give me some advice.

well sure if you just wanna wear yourself out. If you want you could exersice three times a day, drink alot of water, and just walk around or jog once n' a while. It's the lil things that will make a big diffrence also eat some 5 servings of fruit. Hope it helps ]
it would seem nothing against your other advice people but i dont personally think they have a clue to what they are talking about. 184 would be considered overweight however it could be that you are large boned and in that case there is nothing to do but tone up. you cant just exercise occasionally you have to excercise everyday running 2 miles a day would be great and so would doing 50 crunches and yes it would help. your eating habits stay away from fatty fast food or or fattening things dont eat lots of sugary things like candy or cake.salads, fish, vegetables, noodles and fruits that and plenty of exercise. Dont expect to lose weight right of the get go it will be at least a month before you notice much weight loss. hope this helps ]
It's probably all muscle weight. Muscle is a good thing.
If you lose weight, it's HIGHLY probable it will be muscle, and you will lose the good, skinny figure you have now. I suggest not doing anything other than to improve your fitness, not for weight purposes.
If I was fit and looked good, I would be fine weighing 200, 725, or even 1,000 pounds!!!
As you can see, weight doesn't really matter. Doctor's scales tend to overweigh you in my opinion, anyway. ]
You are growin boobs and plus you're tall! your bones have a wieght too so I could imagine how much bones you have. I think the problem are your chest areas and your bones. If you want to run go ahead but if you think you're not lookin fat then you'll just lose weight for no purpose and totally get one of those skinny problems! ]
okay if you dont look fat and you are 5'7 then you may be able to blame some of the excess wait to your breasts because some girls dont think about that they just look at there waist and butt and thighs sorry if i was no help ]
running is great but crunches will tone you, not make you loose weight. however, for them to do anything you need to do 150-200 a day. also you should eat healthy. hope it works out! ]
