caring for a black moor in a bowl

gday, james here
i am thinking of getting a black moor and the tank i have got is a medium size bowl i was just wondering how well my black moor will do in this bowl i was also told i will need a bubbler to let the water oxegenate, but will a plant oxegenate the water for me it would be great if you could let me know if my black moor will do ok in those conditions

you should get a bubbler, a plant wont work well cause it will either be fake, or wont have roots.
and it should be fine in a medium size bowl.
