Heres a good myth:
One night these parents left their little daughter unattended in the house for a little while. For protection, she had a dog that she loved. The girl tried to ease her fear by going to bed and having the dog lay by the side of her bed, she hung her hand down by the side and felt the dog lick her hand and felt safe. Anyway she woke up only a little while later to go to the bathroom and when she turned the lights on she found the dog laying dead in her bathroom and on the wall written with the dog's blood was "Humans lick too". I always liked that one...Google urban legends and myths and you'll come up with a whole bunch of good ones.

well TLC (the learning channel) has a show on called urban ledgends. if you check out there web site (i believe the same as the discovery channels) it should list some on there

Snopes is the leading source of Urban Legends. It also classifies them and verifies whether they're true or not.
