my friend is ignoring me
hi.. lately it seems like my friend has been ignoring me, and i have no idea why. we have been best friends since 4th grade, but recently i've been getting the feeling that she doesn't want me around. she constantly fills up her schedule with other people, which she now considers her new best friends. everytime i try to talk to her about it, she acts like it is no big deal and says she still cares about me and all, yet continues to not have any time for me anymore. our whole group is kind of close, but i feel like a select group of people are trying to leave everyone else out. (sorry if that was confusing) i'm not really sure what to do anymore.. i understand that she obviously is done being "best friends" with me, but the way she makes it seem is that she doesn't even want to do anything with me anymore. and i just don't get what has changed.

wouldn't it be nice if we could be best friends with the same people through our whole life. i mean we had the best best friends in 4th grade right? but just like with everything else, time pulls you apart. but most of the time it's for the better.. because if you were best friends with the same person your whole life that you mean you never changed and you would never get to see other best friends. so maybe this speration is a good thing, whether you like it or not.
you can't make anyone be your friend, but you can talk to her about it. and you said you did. just try it once more. tell her you feel like she is trying to pull ya'll apart, and you feel like you are giving more intot he friendship then she is. tell her how important she is to you and how much you miss being her best friend.
maybe ya'll should just be friends for a while.. and see how that goes. because maybe that's all you're ment to be.
then talk to the people that are leaving everyone else out and ask them what their deal is. and why they are doing it. becaues you guys are one group, they need to ask like it.
