i have that phone and i cant record them and set them as a ringtone but if you record something on another cell phone and then send it to your phone then you can set it as a ringtone... i know its screwy and it sucks but its a pretty good phone otherwise

i think you can but it's a lil complicated, i know you can depending on the phone you have. seen a friend of mine do it
